| My name is Tina Cox and I am a recent graduate of your Rider's Edge course. I just wanted you to know what a nice experience it was. Jean took very good care of me when I signed up for the class assuring me I would be just fine. Shortly after signing up for the class I received a letter, a phone call and an email from Bob Alexander to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. The night before I started the class I received a call from my instructor "Fluffy" who wounded very excited about the course. Bob "Fluffy" Snyder was a great instructor again reassuring everyone in the class they would do well. I met Drew on Tuesday at the range, also very assuring, encouraging and a great instructor.
One of my goals for this class was to take something home to my husband and I did. He has been riding a Harley for some time but after hearing about my experience with this class he has decided to sign up for the experienced riders course. I cannot wait to have more confidence on my new Harley-Davidson 883 Superlow he purchased for me. I want to say thank you and I will recommend this courst at Harley-Davidson of Baltimore to everyone I know! Tina Cox Dear Harley-Davidson of Baltimore,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the "Ride to Remember" event. you did an excellent job in staging and facilitating the event with such Honor and Respect for our Fallen Heroes. It was a privelage to attend and an experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I chose "Christine Snyder from FLight 93 to ride with me that day, to honor and remember her for her self sacrifice. I did not know Christine but she has become a friend I never knew, but will never forget. It was my first event ride, as I just received my license this August thru your Rider's Edge class. I was the last one to leave your lot and had trouble keeping up with the group, but I did not mind, I rode in my comfort zone, I was alone, the last bike, but I finished and I will never forget.
Thank You Again,
Charlotte Britt
