 I just picked up my 06 Road King up from the dealership after it's 20,000 mile service and the installation of a new rear tire. I just want to compliment the entire gang that was involved. I had a minor concern after the service, I called the service desk and spoke to Ross, he was really concerened and offered a resolution without hesitation. I was satisfied with his suggestion, and within minutes of hanging up with Ross I received a phone call from the Service Manager Shane. I should have not have been surprised that these guys were on top of things. To make a bit of a long story short my Road King is back on the street and handling great. I just thought you should know how everyone involved was great. I hope I list them all but if I forgot anyone let me know the next time I am at the dealership, I will thank them in person...Ross, Johnny, Smitty, and of course Shane... Rick and Derick also played a role when i dropped off after the shop closed during the week. Thanks again.... Chuck |  |
