The 2023 Harley-Davidson® Ultra Limited® is a modern touring motorcycle that is inspired by the iconic Electra Glide®. As the name suggests, the Ultra Limited® is configured as a premium, custom and fully loaded tourer. This tourer really does have it all, including heated hand grips, a passenger backrest and a tour pack system. The Ultra Limited® is the ultimate way to ride two-up while chewing up highway models. Set your own speed with the Cruise Drive system, and the Ultra Limited® also features a premium sound system and a state-of-the-art infotainment system with a large touch screen.
Performance & Ride Characteristics
The 2023 Harley-Davidson® Ultra Limited® in Baltimore comes standard with the Milwaukee-Eight® 114 V-Twin engine, which is more powerful than the Milwaukee-Eight® 107 included with Harley-Davidson®’s standard touring motorcycles. This should provide ample performance for most touring enthusiasts, but those who want more can install the Screamin’ Eagle® kit, which will bring performance in line with the Milwaukee-Eight® 117. Perhaps the most notable characteristic that differentiates this model from some of the other tourers available through Harley-Davidson® of Baltimore is the fork-mounted fairing.

Design Options
The first choice you’ll need to make is whether you want the traditional chrome finish or the custom black finish. In either case, the Vivid Black paint scheme is the default option and included in the MSRP. Premium paint schemes available with the chrome finish include Redline Red, Gray Haze with Silver Fortune and Bright Billiard Blue with Billiard Gray. Premium paint schemes available with the black finish include Gray Haze, Bright Billiard Blue with Billiard Gray and Prospect Gold with Vivid Black. Exclusive to this model year, you also have the option of the 120th Anniversary Edition. It has a chrome aesthetic and features a special Heirloom Red Fade paint job.
Other Customization Options
The advanced rider safety enhancements are not included. They’re available as a factory option that cannot be added after purchase. We also sell all of the accessories and performance parts available for the Ultra Limited® in the Harley-Davidson® catalog and can install them for you as well.
