This dealership has what it takes to make you feel at ease buying a motorcycle. Their levels of customer service went well beyond my expectations, with my Product Specialist Mark Brown helping me out on a Sunday, when I did not realize I was in a county that didn't do sales on Sundays. He took do every bit of information he needed to help keep the sale rolling and called and communicated via e-mail every couple of days to help answer any questions I might of had and to keep me posted on the process. It was a real pleasure doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Visited Baltimore Harley and worked with Mark Brown to get a new Road Glide. Mark was awesome to work with, listened to my needs for the new bike, worked up a fair trade value on my old Ultra and got me the price I wanted on the new ride. While handling the paperwork, Mark had the techs install my seat and referred me to HD Insurance for a quote. I ended up with a better insurance deal and a new bike. Mark worked past closing to finalize the deal and even took extra time to set things up on the bike for me to make the ride home a great one.
