I took the Riding Academy course this Monday. In my opinion this course is a must for anyone that has no experience or has not ridden a motorcycle in a few years, in my case it has been 30 years. The classroom part of the course was both entertaining and informational. This was because the instructor, Debby, made it fun and helped everyone in the class to understand the material. Debby was so nice, friendly and respectful which made it, I felt, easy to learn and understand the material. She was so willing to go the extra mile, that she stayed after class to help me and two other students to get a better understanding of the concepts of riding a motorcycle safely.On the next two days at the range, I learned and became more confident and knowledgeable in riding motorcycle safely and had fun doing it. I felt that Debby wanted all the students to learn, have fun and be safe. I could see that she has a passion for teaching, which helped me, and I know from talking to others, learn the lessons easily and safely. Her instructions and her riding demonstrations helped me and others to grasp the concepts for each lesson.I was glad that I took this course and that she was my instructor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to learn to ride a motorcycle.

I recently took the new rider class. My classroom instructor was Steve and on the course Chuck joined Steve. I had NEVER ridden a motorcycle before in my life and they were able to make me feel comfortable and I successfully completed the class. They are very knowledgeable and safety was their number one priority, as well as giving us as many tips as they could to keep us safe on the road for when we're on our own. I have nothing but great things to say about Steve and Chuck and I couldn't recommend this class more! If you're on the fence, do it!

I had Visited Old Glory HD in search of a new Harley Davidson and in the process became very unhappy with the way I was treated at this other so called flagship dealer. The sales experience at the time of purchase was extremely rewarding. Update: after a tumultuous time with their parts department I believe HD Baltimore now understands the importance of making things right for their client. My initial complaints have been rectified and I am very much pleased with the outcome.
