I have just purchased and acquired today my very first Harley here in the US. I haven't ridden a motorcycle for about 20 years and for unknown reason(s) I got interested in motorcycles abruptly. To be honest I am a car enthusiast all my life and own a handful of Muscle Cars that I mod and customize. At work, I have a countryman who invited me to look at his ongoing project bike and somehow help him build it. After scheduling to visit him one weekend I found myself browsing some bikes especially Harleys. The following day I felt visiting a Dealership and ended up at HD Baltimore in Pulaski highway where I met Mr. Justin Knight who patiently showed me around, gave and shared me his expertise about the Pros & Cons of owning, riding, etc a Harley. That said, all the more I got interested in owning one. Three days after, I decided to have one and went straight to HD Baltimore dealership to purchase one. Justin really was all focused in helping me choose what's best for me and I kind'a loved at first sight the bike he recommended. Paperwork and everything went smooth and after two hours I was out the door and I got myself a Harley!!!There's not a bit of regret having been purchased my first Harley from HD Baltimore. It's highly recommended. The atmosphere inside the Dealership was awesome much more to their staff which reflected by Mr. Justin's manner of attending to a customer. This is the BEST deal I ever received on a new Harley! A text from Chris got me in the door and Justin was my sales Rep. The deal was great...the process was smoother and faster than my other purchases and I got a discount on parts at the time of purchase. Staff was warm and friendly and I felt HD of Baltimore always took care of myself as well as My family members. Totally happy with my new Softail. Not only happy with the bike and deal but the HD Bmore Shop was always about the BIKER!Im a happy Guy with a New Bike and thanks to the Bmore Crew...it was a great experience!

I love being on the show room for. Sitting on the Harleys 3 wheel trikes. Beautiful craftsman ship. I'm a little lady but I felt comfortable on the trikes. They are having a good sale on 2019 and 2020. A big mark down on the pre- owned bikes. It was a great experience and I'm planning for my lessons and my new trike.

Mark Brown, over at HD Baltimore, is the guy you wanna talk to when looking to purchase a motorcycle. He was very insightful, kind, and prompt in my experience. The unfortunate delay in my bike was very frustrating but he was on the ball keeping in touch with me to let me know the latest updates. I could have went to another HD dealer at any time during the waiting process but I chose to stick it out with him because he really is a great guy and was able to work with me on the price, financing options, and money down. I recommend him 1000% Go get yourself a motorcycle with him :)Here I am getting my 1000 mile routine maintenance and again, mark greeted me right away and asked me all about my riding adventures. Several other employees were also very friendly. Dina was one of them as she helped me get out for a test ride on a few different bikes while I waited. Overall, just an amazing experience here. Can't wait to check out the weekend event they have coming up in 2 weeks. Should be a good turn out. 1000% recommend this place for any motorcycle needs.
