Mark Brown, over at HD Baltimore, is the guy you wanna talk to when looking to purchase a motorcycle. He was very insightful, kind, and prompt in my experience. The unfortunate delay in my bike was very frustrating but he was on the ball keeping in touch with me to let me know the latest updates.
